Frequently Asked Questions
♡ What does the intake process look like?
We will first have a 30 min free of charge introduction call, to explore if we are a good fit for working together. I will listen to where you are at and what you need support with, and explain how I work. There is time for all your questions. If we decide to go ahead I will send you intake form and contract.

♡ How often do we meet and for how long will we work together?
I recommend starting with an intention for 10 weekly sessions. It is my experience that for most clients this will give a tremendous amount of support and chance. Often times clients feel ready and well equipped with tools to continue by themselves after these initial sessions. Sometimes we shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions. In our introduction call we will assess your particular needs and make a plan accordingly.
Do you also offer individual sessions within couples coaching?
Yes. Often times it can be very supportive for both partners to have individual sessions as well. We will discuss this based on your needs and desires as a couple.
♡ I’m in a polyamorous relationship, how do you work with that?
I have extensive experience with polyamory, both personally and professionally. I ultimately support you in creating the relationship that works best for you. Beyond labels and definitions my question always is “what relationship structure supports the love between you?”
I can support you in creating relationship agreements, talking about boundaries and navigating the specific questions and processes that a polyamorous relationship can bring.
There is a possibility to bring other partners into the sessions as well, where supportive.
♡ I want to do coaching, but my partner doesn’t. Can I do the work by myself?
Yes! Of course it is amazing to do this work together with your partner. But if your partner can’t or doesn’t want to join, there is still a lot to explore for yourself. We can work with your particular attachment patterning and I will support you in implementing your growth and process in the relationship.
