You Deserve to be in a Loving, Connected, Cherishing Relationship
This doesn’t mean that is always looks like “we’re-all-over-each-other-I-love-you-until-the-end-of-time-and-happily-ever-after.”
It doesn’t mean that there can’t be challenges, or conflicts, or bumps.
To grow connection, love and intimacy challenges are welcome.
Triggers and conflicts are welcome in a healthy relationship, if we are willing to take them as the ENTRANCE TO HEALING.
I almost cannot describe how much inner growing up I had and have to do to not follow the impulsive hurt parts in me when I am triggered. The ones that want to scream or pout or run away.
And I know that all of us do.
The clients that I work with have one thing in common: the dedication to growth. To go beyond default reactivity, to grow skillful communication and to TAKE A STAND FOR LOVE!
Deep bow to all of you!
So much love to your courageous heart
